I've been able to set aside a small number of rooms at a guaranteed rate of $79.95 for Friday night and/or Saturday night. Call and ask for the Coach Wyatt Clinic rate. The rooms will be held until April 20. After that, you might have to find a room elsewhere. There are other hotels in the area, but you can't match the convenience or the rate at the Quality Inn.
Registration fee is $100, seat guaranteed - $150 at the door
As always, the staff discount - "Pay for three and the fourth is free" - applies
